Section 534.0155 - For Whom Services May Be Provided(a) This subtitle does not prevent a community center from providing services to: (1) a person with a chemical dependency;(2) a person with a developmental disability; or(3) a person younger than four years of age who is eligible for early childhood intervention services.(b) A community center may provide those services by contracting with a public or private agency in addition to the appropriate department.Tex.
