Section 483.076 - Legal Representation of Board(a) If the board institutes a legal proceeding under this chapter, the board may be represented only by a county attorney, a district attorney, or the attorney general.(b) The board may not employ private counsel in any legal proceeding instituted by or against the board under this chapter.
