Section 481.352 - Members The work group is composed of:
(1) the executive director of the board or the executive director's designee, who serves as chair of the work group;(2) the commissioner of state health services or the commissioner's designee;(3) the executive director of the Texas Medical Board or the executive director's designee;(4) the executive director of the Texas Board of Nursing or the executive director's designee;(5) the executive director of the Texas Physician Assistant Board or the executive director's designee;(6) the executive director of the State Board of Dental Examiners or the executive director's designee;(7) the executive director of the Texas Optometry Board or the executive director's designee;(8) the executive director of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation or the executive director's designee;(9) the executive director of the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners or the executive director's designee; and(10) a medical examiner appointed by the board.Tex.
