Section 437.005 - Public Hearing(a) A commissioners court, governing body, or administrative board, as applicable, may adopt an order under Section 437.003 or 437.004 only after conducting a public hearing on the proposed order.(b) At least two weeks' public notice must be given before a public hearing may be held.(c) The notice must be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the county or public health district on three consecutive days and be printed in 10 point bold-faced type.Tex.
