Section 401.522 - Amount of Administrative Penalty(a) The amount of an administrative penalty imposed for a violation of this subchapter or a rule adopted or order issued under this subchapter may not exceed $5,000 for each violation.(b) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 , Sec. 1.297(4), eff.
