Section 382.551 - Substitutes for Hydrofluorocarbon Refrigerants Applicable to Commercial or Residential Buildings or Construction

A building code or other requirement applicable to commercial or residential buildings or construction may not prohibit the use of a substitute refrigerant authorized pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Section 7671k.
