Section 366.034 - Investigation of Authorized Agents(a) The commission shall:(1) conduct not more often than once a year an investigation of each authorized agent to determine the authorized agent's compliance with this chapter; and(2) prepare an annual report concerning the status of the local governmental entity's regulatory program.(b) If the commission determines that an authorized agent does not consistently enforce the commission's minimum requirements for on-site sewage disposal systems, the commission shall hold a hearing and determine whether to continue the designation as an authorized agent.Tex.
