Section 361.279 - Contracts With State

A state agency contracting for services or products shall consider whether the person proposing to contract with the state has been adjudicated during the preceding three-year period to have committed substantive, nonclerical violations resulting in an actual release of hazardous waste that presented an imminent and substantial danger to the public health and safety or the environment.
