Section 361.159 - License Issuance; Amendment, Extension, and Renewal(a) A county may amend, extend, or renew a license it issues in accordance with county rules.(b) The procedures prescribed by Section 361.155 apply to an application to amend, extend, or renew a license.(c) A license for the use of a facility to process, store, or dispose of solid waste may not be issued, amended, renewed, or extended without the prior approval of the commission.Tex.
