Section 300A.0025 - Compensation(a) Directors and officers serve without compensation but may be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of official duties.(b) Expenses reimbursed under this section must be:(1) reported in the district's minute book or other district records; and(2) approved by the board.
