Tex. Health & Safety Code § 292B.002

Section 292B.002 - Applicability

This chapter applies only to a county that:

(1) is not served by a hospital district or a public hospital;

(2) has a population of more than 400,000; and

(3) is adjacent to the county containing the state capital.
