Section 281.029 - Retirement Programs(a) With the approval of the commissioners court, the board may contract with the state or the federal government as necessary to establish or continue a retirement program for the benefit of district employees.(b) In addition to the retirement programs authorized by Subsection (a), the board may establish a retirement program the board considers necessary and advisable for the benefit of district employees.Tex.
