Section 262.030 - Medical Records(a) The preservation, microfilming, destruction, or other disposition of the records of the authority is subject to Subtitle C, Title 6, Local Government Code.(b) The period that medical records are retained shall be in accordance with rules relating to the retention of medical records adopted by the Texas Department of Health and with other applicable federal and state laws and rules.Tex.
