Section 262.013 - Officers(a) The board shall elect:(1) a president and a vice-president, who must be directors;(2) a secretary and a treasurer, who are not required to be directors; and(3) any other officers authorized by the authority's bylaws.(b) The offices of secretary and treasurer may be combined.
