Section 242.614 - Administration of Medication; Criminal Penalty(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly administers medication to a resident and the person:(1) does not hold a license under state law that authorizes the person to administer medication; or(2) does not hold a permit issued by the department under this subchapter.(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.Tex.
