Section 242.073 - Legal Action By the Attorney General(a) The department and the attorney general shall work in close cooperation throughout any legal proceedings requested by the department.(b) The commissioner must approve any settlement agreement to a suit brought under this chapter or any other law relating to the health and safety of residents in institutions.Tex.
