Section 221.020 - Registered Office and Agent(a) A development corporation shall continuously maintain a registered office and registered agent in this state.(b) The registered office may be, but need not be, the same as the development corporation's principal office. The registered agent may be: (1) an individual resident of this state whose business office is the same as the registered office; or(2) a domestic or foreign profit or nonprofit corporation that is authorized to transact business or conduct affairs in this state and that has a principal or business office that is the same as the registered office.Tex.
