Section 142.024 - Home Health Medication Aide Training Programs(a) An application for the approval of a home health medication aide training program must be made to the department on a form prescribed by the department and under department rules.(b) The department shall approve a home health medication aide training program that meets the minimum standards adopted under Section 142.023.
