Tex. Health & Safety Code § 85.063

Section 85.063 - Procedures and Eligibility Guidelines

The executive commissioner by rule shall establish:

(1) application and distribution procedures;

(2) eligibility guidelines to ensure the most appropriate distribution of funds available each year; and

(3) appellate procedures to resolve any eligibility or funding conflicts.
