Section 85.037 - Restrictions on Grants(a) The department may not award a grant to an entity or community organization that advocates or promotes conduct that violates state law.(b) This section does not prohibit the award of a grant to an entity or community organization that provides accurate information about ways to reduce the risk of exposure to or transmission of HIV.Tex.
