Section 34.021 - Application for Federal Grants(a) The executive commissioner shall apply to the United States Department of Health and Human Services for grants under the federal Preventing Maternal Deaths Act of 2018 ( Pub. L. No. 115-344 ).(b) This section expires September 1, 2027.
