Section 12.037 - Modification, Suspension, or Termination of Services(a) The department may modify, suspend, or terminate public health services to a person for nonpayment of billed services after notice to the affected person and an opportunity for a fair hearing.(b) The executive commissioner by rule shall prescribe the criteria for department action under this section.Tex.
