Section 62.002 - Definitions In this chapter:

April 2, 2015.(3) "Health plan provider" means an insurance company, health maintenance organization, or other entity that provides health benefits coverage under the child health plan program. The term includes a primary care case management provider network.(4) "Household income" means the sum of the individual incomes of each individual in an applicant's or enrollee's household, minus the standard income disregard prescribed by federal law.Tex.
