Section 841.0832 - Housing Facilities(a) The office shall operate, or contract with a vendor to operate, one or more facilities provided for the purpose of housing committed persons.(b) The office shall designate all or part of a facility under Subsection (a) to serve as an intake and orientation facility for committed persons on release from a secure correctional facility.Tex.
