Tex. Gov't Code § 1477.005

Section 1477.005 - Contents of Ordinance, Order, or Resolution Authorizing Bonds

In the ordinance, order, or resolution authorizing the issuance of bonds under this subchapter, the commissioners court may:

(1) provide for the deposit and accounting of funds and the establishment and maintenance of an interest and sinking fund, a reserve fund, or other fund; and

(2) make additional covenants relating to the:

(A) bonds;

(B) pledged revenue; or

(C) operation and maintenance of any real property, building, or other facility, the revenue of which is pledged for bond payments.
