Section 661.911 - Administrative Leave With Pay(a) In addition to employee leave authorized elsewhere in this chapter, the administrative head of an agency may grant administrative leave without a deduction in salary to an employee as a reward for outstanding performance as documented by employee performance appraisals.(b) The total amount of administrative leave an employee may be granted under this section may not exceed 32 hours during a fiscal year.Tex.
