Section 660.025 - Advance Payment Procedure(a) The comptroller by rule shall establish a procedure by which travel expense money may be advanced to a state employee. The procedures must be consistent with Section 403.248.(b) Money may not be advanced to a state employee for a travel expense unless the expense is payable or reimbursable under this chapter, the travel provisions of the General Appropriations Act, and the rules adopted by the comptroller under this chapter.Tex.
