Section 659.150 - Limitation on the Use of Contributions(a) A participating charitable organization may use contributions under this subchapter only to provide health and human services or to fund a charitable organization that provides health and human services.(b) A participating charitable organization may not use contributions under this subchapter to: (1) directly or indirectly fund litigation; or(2) make expenditures that would require the organization to register under Chapter 305 if the organization were not an entity exempt from registration under that chapter.Tex.
