Section 654.033 - Qualifications of Classification Officer To be eligible for appointment as classification officer, an individual must have:
(1) at least six years' experience in position classification or human resource management; or(2) a period of experience equivalent to that described in Subdivision (1) in related work in state employment that specially qualifies the person for the position.Tex. Gov't. Code § 654.033
