Section 545.0053 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Service Delivery Area Alignment

Notwithstanding Section 540.0701(d) or any other law and to the extent possible, the commission shall align Medicaid and the child health plan program service delivery areas. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.024115.)
