Section 540.0452 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Medical Director Qualifications

An individual who serves as a medical director for a managed care plan must be a physician licensed to practice medicine in this state under Subtitle B, Title 3, Occupations Code. (Gov. Code, Sec. 533.0073.)
