Section 540.0101 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Fiscal Solvency Standards

The Texas Department of Insurance, in conjunction with the commission, shall establish fiscal solvency standards for Medicaid managed care organizations. (Gov. Code, Sec. 533.020(a) (part).)
