Section 533.020 - [Repealed Effective 4/1/2025] Managed Care Organizations: Fiscal Solvency and Complaint System Guidelines
(a) The Texas Department of Insurance, in conjunction with the commission, shall establish fiscal solvency standards and complaint system guidelines for managed care organizations that serve recipients.
(b) The guidelines must require that information regarding a managed care organization's complaint process be made available to a recipient in an appropriate communication format when the recipient enrolls in the Medicaid managed care program.
