Section 532.0154 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Rural Health Clinic Reimbursement

The commission may not impose any condition on the reimbursement of a rural health clinic under Medicaid if the condition is more stringent than the conditions imposed by:

(1) the Rural Health Clinic Services Act of 1977 ( Pub. L. No. 95-210 ); or

(2) the laws of this state regulating the practice of medicine, pharmacy, or professional nursing. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.02193.)
