Section 531.124 - [Repealed Effective 4/1/2025] Commission Duties The commission shall develop and, subject to appropriations, implement a plan to:
(1) ensure that each incapacitated individual in this state who needs a guardianship or another less restrictive type of assistance to make decisions concerning the incapacitated individual's own welfare and financial affairs receives that assistance; and(2) foster the establishment and growth of local volunteer guardianship programs.Tex.
