Section 531.0392 - [Repealed Effective 4/1/2025] Recovery of Certain Third-Party Reimbursements Under Medicaid(a) In this section, "dually eligible individual" means an individual who is eligible to receive health care benefits under both Medicaid and the Medicare program.(b) The commission shall obtain Medicaid reimbursement from each fiscal intermediary who makes a payment to a service provider on behalf of the Medicare program, including a reimbursement for a payment made to a home health services provider or nursing facility for services rendered to a dually eligible individual.Tex.
