Section 531.020 - [Repealed Effective 4/1/2025] Office of Community Access and Services The executive commissioner shall establish within the commission an office of community access and services. The office is responsible for:
(1) collaborating with community, state, and federal stakeholders to improve the elements of the health care system that are involved in the delivery of Medicaid services; and(2) sharing with Medicaid providers, including hospitals, any best practices, resources, or other information regarding improvements to the health care system.Tex.
