Section 531.0164 - [Repealed Effective 4/1/2025] Health and Human Services System Internet Website Coordination The commission shall establish a process to ensure Internet websites across the health and human services system are developed and maintained according to standard criteria for uniformity, efficiency, and technical capabilities. Under the process, the commission shall:
(1) develop and maintain an inventory of all health and human services system Internet websites;(2) on an ongoing basis, evaluate the inventory maintained under Subdivision (1) to: (A) determine whether any of the Internet websites should be consolidated to improve public access to those websites' content; and(B) ensure the Internet websites comply with the standard criteria; and(3) if appropriate, consolidate the websites identified under Subdivision (2)(A).Tex.
