Section 525.0208 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Strategies To Encourage Health Information Exchange System Use

The commission shall develop strategies to encourage health care providers to use the health information exchange system, including incentives, education, and outreach tools to increase usage. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.909.)
