Section 525.0156 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Submission And Review Of Agency Strategic Plans And Biennial Plan Updates(a) Each health and human services agency shall submit to the commission a strategic plan and biennial updates of the plan on a date determined by commission rule.(b) The commission shall:(1) review and comment on each strategic plan and biennial update a health and human services agency submits to the commission under this section; and(2) not later than January 1 of each even-numbered year, begin formal discussions with each health and human services agency regarding that agency's strategic plan or biennial update, as appropriate.
