Section 523.0302 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Office; Staff

(a) The Office of Health Coordination and Consumer Services is an office within the commission.

(b) The executive commissioner shall employ staff as needed to carry out the duties of the office. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.282.)
