Section 523.0205 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Advisory Committee Reporting

An advisory committee established under this subchapter shall:

(1) report any recommendations to the executive commissioner; and

(2) submit a written report to the legislature of any policy recommendations the advisory committee made to the executive commissioner under Subdivision (1). (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.012(d), as added Acts 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 946.)
