Section 523.0106 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Meetings; Quorum
(a) The executive council shall meet at the executive commissioner's call at least quarterly. The executive commissioner may call additional meetings as the executive commissioner determines necessary.
(b) A majority of the executive council members constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.
(c) The executive council shall comply with the requirements of Subchapter E, Chapter 522. The archived video and audio recording of a council meeting must be made available through the commission's Internet website.
(d) A meeting of individual executive council members that occurs in the ordinary course of commission operation is not a council meeting, and the requirements of Subsection (c) do not apply to the meeting. (Gov. Code, Secs. 531.0051(f), (g), (h), (k).)
