Section 523.0055 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Career Ladder Program; Performance Evaluations
(a) The executive commissioner shall develop an intra-agency career ladder program. The program must require the intra-agency posting of all non-entry-level positions concurrently with any public posting.
(b) The executive commissioner shall develop a system of annual performance evaluations based on measurable job tasks. All merit pay for commission employees must be based on the system established under this subsection. (Gov. Code, Secs. 531.009(b), (c).)
