Section 508.320 - Contracts for Lease of Federal Facilities(a) The department may contract with the federal government for the lease of a military base or other federal facility that is not being used by the federal government.(b) The department may use a facility leased under this section to house releasees in the custody of the division.(c) The department may not enter into a contract under this section unless funds have been appropriated specifically to make payments on a contract under this section.(d) The department shall attempt to enter into contracts that will provide the department with facilities located in various parts of the state.Tex.
