Section 508.190 - Avoiding Victim of Stalking Offense(a) A parole panel shall require as a condition of parole or mandatory supervision that a releasee serving a sentence for an offense under Section 42.072, Penal Code, not: (1) communicate directly or indirectly with the victim;(2) go to or near the residence, place of employment, or business of the victim; or(3) go to or near a school, day-care facility, or similar facility where a dependent child of the victim is in attendance.(b) If a parole panel requires the prohibition contained in Subsection (a)(2) or (3) as a condition of parole or mandatory supervision, the parole panel shall specifically describe the prohibited locations and the minimum distances, if any, that the releasee must maintain from the locations.Tex.
