Section 469.202 - Fees Related to Certificate of Registration The commission may charge a fee for:
(1) an application for a certificate of registration;(2) an examination for a certificate of registration;(3) an educational course required for eligibility for a certificate of registration;(4) issuance of an original certificate of registration;(5) a continuing education course required to renew a certificate of registration; and(6) renewal of a certificate of registration.Tex.
