Section 467.021 - Membership(a) The commission is composed of five members appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the senate.(b) In making appointments to the commission, the governor shall strive to achieve representation by all the population groups of the state with regard to economic status, sex, race, and ethnicity.(c) One member must have experience in the bingo industry.Tex.
