Section 443.0153 - Parking Fees Not Subject to Sales Tax

Parking fees paid through parking meters maintained under this chapter and parking fees paid in a visitor parking facility under this chapter or Chapter 445 are exempt from the application of the tax imposed by Chapter 151, Tax Code.
