Section 437.215 - Grave Markers for State Military Personnel(a) On the request of a person listed in Subsection (b), the department shall provide a grave marker for a decedent who served in the Texas military forces.(b) The grave marker may be requested from the department by a person described by Section 437.214(b).(c) A service member is not eligible for a grave marker under this section if the service member is eligible for a grave marker under federal law.(d) The department shall model the grave markers after the grave markers provided by the federal government.(e) The department shall publish information about its grave marker program on the department's Internet website.Tex.
